Is it a good time to buy?

I had a conversation with someone recently and this is someone who gets weekly access to all of the information that I post. They asked if they should by Real Estate and what is the market like?

For everyone who has been sitting on the side lines waiting for the bottom - FYI - it looks like you missed it. The only way we can tell that the bottom was here is we look at the prices and can see that they have started to go up and there are multiple offers on homes.

Did you get pre-qualified and get a locked in rate? Right now we are at some of the best interest rates we have seen - they are not as low as we where back in April - but they are still excellent!

With market indicators way up,..international markets up,...stocks and the DOW and commodities up - this all points to an upward movement.

I cannot yell it loud enough,...do not loose out because a friend or a news program said it was all doom and gloom. I have info on your rates and I have all the info on houses for sale.

All you need to even think about is getting pre-qualified,..getting an FHA loan or a conventional, or a VA - or - there are many!! I have the best in the industry to help you find out what you can afford! Once you have gotten that finished I work with you to see what type of monthly payment fits your budget and then we GO GET THE HOUSE THAT FITS!

House buying is scary and it is at times uncertain - but if you never try - you will NEVER succeed at buying yourself a home.
