Own a 2nd Home for less than 800 a month

YEAH!

I hope this email finds you and the ones you love in great health and in joyous spirit.

I have been busy with Real Estate and taking care of my own Fall rituals here around the house and at work.
I wanted to take a few moments to touch base and remind you that if you have any Real Estate questions or know someone who does to email me back and I will get back to you as soon as I am able to.

I know many of us are looking forward to getting to the end of this year and may have completely put off buying/selling/leasing/renting anything that has to do with Real Estate.

Right now (tonight) there are about 28 homes (SFH) with central A/C, 3 bedrooms and a private pool in the price range of about $110,000 - $250,000 in Palm Springs

Here is where it gets exciting:

A 96% loan ($109,000) at 5% and $3800 down = $795 a month - Yes,...home ownership with a pool in Palm Springs for less than $800 bucks a month. BUT we know interest rates are lower than 5% and many would work a little extra to come up with an even larger down payment.

Here is the rest of the picture: Right now there are 46 listed rentals in Palm Springs that have at least 3 bedrooms and the lowest priced rental is $1285 and there is only 1 listed 3 bedroom rental with a private pool and it is listed at $2190 a month.

Do the math and multiply by 12 months and then subtract 10% off the for maintenance. What could we end up with as a possible scenario? What about new deduction possibilities for your taxes? It keeps sounding better,.......


There are opportunities out there and I am here to help you find them.
