This week there is some new data for everyone.  The title link takes you to some homes in SoCal that are $300,000 or less and have 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and parking for 2 cars.

Just think with the interest rates we have today that are at the lowest levels we have seen in years you can own your home for far less than what many people pay to rent!  Take a look at the AFFORDABILITY INVESTMENT ANALYSIS  pictured below.  To read the graph, read right down the center of the graph and you will see that it lines up with $300,000 and then to the left are the interest rates.  Match up the interest rate with the monthly payments and you can see that you are sitting on some of the best deals that are out there.
