It's Monday!

Wow, what a weekend!

Are you ready for this week? We have the numbers in and housing sales nationally where up. We have inventory out there to choose from. There are deals out there for buyers and there are great opportunities out there for sellers too!

That is correct. For all those interesting editorial blogs, news articles and opinion pieces - the truth is in the numbers.

For someone considering selling their home - now is the time to get in touch. Not everyone is a qualified home seller nor is everyone a qualified to be a home buyer - BUT for those who need to know - doing nothing leaves you exactly where you are - doing nothing.


There are of course many questions you have, like how much your house is worth, and how much does it cost to sell a home. The truth is that not Realtor is the same and sadly enough many people settle for a Realtor who may or may not know how to maximize your home's selling power.

As a trained Realtor and experienced in the world of On-Line media - I have a mix of experience and skills that most agents just do not have.

From high resolution pictures of your home to HD videos, there are many ways to show your home to the world! Did you know that some simple steps on staging your home you can increase your home's value by thousands of $$$ without spending hardly any money at all?

Did you know you can have over 5 high resolution pictures of your home on the MLS? Did you know that the more high quality pictures you have the better chance you have of finding a buyer for your home? If this is true why would home owners settle for an agent who posts 1 - 5 pictures of their home?

Yes, there are many things we can do, and using a cell phone to shoot your home is NOT one of them.

With record low rates, and the bottom of the market already passed - if you are thinking or selling, downsizing, or moving up - TODAY is the time to start thinking about the steps we need to take together to sell your home.
