Stop and think for a moment what that actually means.
Here in Southern California the worst thing we get in winter time is rain. Yep, rain and some wind are about the worst thing we can count on in our winter time here in SoCal.
No snow,
No sleet,
No sheets of ice,
No snow tires,
No snow chains,
No three feet of snow drifts,
No shoveling snow off of sidewalks and driveways.
A house hunter who is looking for a home in the winter months in SoCal is a SERIOUS buyer.
